Every year (if you keep your tech support contract up to date) you are sent an update to your license to extend the expiry date. If you neglect to apply the update, your license will expire and stop working.
On the computer with the license, browse to this local website: http://localhost:1947/_int_/products.html
If that page doesn't load, then the license expiring is most likely not the problem. Proceed to the "License Manager Not Working" section below.
Do you see your license listed on the website? If so, click the "Features" button to the right of the license listing.
On the resulting page, you should see either "Expired" or the date that it will expire.
If it's expired, search back through your emails for the update file and instructions on how to apply it.
If you can't find the email, contact us at sales@hydromantis.com to get it resent.
On your computer, browse to this local website: http://localhost:1947/_int_/products.html
If that page doesn't load, then the license manager has stopped running.
If that pages does load, but your license isn't shown even though you are sure it should be on this computer, there is a known bug in older versions of the license manager where the licenses temporarily disappear.
You can try to restart the license manager by going into the list of services running on your computer, and stopping/starting the "Sentinel LDK License Manager".
However, a more permanent solution is to download and install the latest license manager.
